摘要
卵子冷冻保存技术作为女性生育力保存的重要手段,同所有学科发展的过程一样,在其研究过程中也存在诸多争议,对于卵子冷冻的方法、冷冻时机、解冻后受精前培养时间、安全性以及与冷冻卵子有关的赠卵方面的争议持续存在并同步发展,而正是在这些争议和共鸣中,不同成熟期人卵冷冻保存研究在临床应用和基础探索方面都取得了显著的成绩。
Oocyte cryopreservation is an important and indispensable method for woman fertility reservation. The development of human different maturation stage oocyte cryopreservation is accompanied by the controversial issues on different cryopreservation approaches, maturation stages suitable for freezing, culture time before insemination, safety and oocyte donation related to oocyte cryopreservation. Due to the latest advancements in oocyte cryopreservation with these controversies,human oocyte cryopreservation has developed from a backup procedure to a successful alternative for assisted reproductive techniques.
