输卵管梗阻的超声造影诊断和临床应用分析 被引量:2

The application of HyCoSy in assessment of fallopian tubal infertility

摘要 目的探讨超声造影诊断输卵管梗阻的临床应用价值。方法超声输卵管造影检查对52例不孕症患者的诊断结果与腹腔镜手术结果对照,分析诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性和阴性预测值以及诊断符合率,并分析超声造影判断梗阻部位的诊断符合率。结果以腹腔镜检查为标准,超声造影诊断输卵管梗阻的敏感性、特异性、阳性和阴性预测值及诊断符合率分别为96.4%,75.0%,94.1%、83.3%、92.3%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声造影判断输卵管梗阻部位的总诊断符合率为65.1%,对近段和远段梗阻的符合率分别为61.5%和72.4%。结论超声造影判断输卵管梗阻准确率高,可提示走行状态和梗阻部位,操作简便,不良反应小,可作为临床一线技术筛查不孕症患者的输卵管通畅性。 Objective To evaluate the value of Hysterosalpingo - chontrast - sonography (HyCoSy) in assessment of fallopian tube in infertile women. Methods Fifty two subfertile women were examined by HyCoSy and the results of HyCoSy were compared with that of laparoscopic operation (LCP). Diagnose accordance rate of the occluded fallopian tubes was also analyzed. Results The difference was no significant on diagnostic rates of fallopian tubal patency between HyCoSy and LCP( P 〉 0.05). The total concordance rate of HyCoSy in establishing the site of occlusion was 65.1%, and the respective concordance rate for proximal and distal occlusion were 61.5% and 72. 4%. Conclusion HyCoSy is a safe and effective screening test for subfertile women.
