生姜与胡椒组合物对癌症放、化疗的减毒增效作用

The detoxification and synergistic effect of zingiber and pipernigrum composite to radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的研究生姜白胡椒的天然药物组合物在用于制备减少癌症放、化疗引起的呕吐副作用并对治疗癌症起增效作用的药物中的用途。方法用三部分研究组合物的药理作用。第一部分用经典的水貂呕吐模型观察组合物的止吐作用;第二部分在小鼠肿瘤模型上探索了组合物的抑制肿瘤作用。第三部分用了小鼠肿瘤模型,观察该组合物与环磷酰胺联合对小鼠体内肿瘤的抑制作用。结果第一部分证明该组合物对于顺铂所致水貂的呕吐反应有明显的对抗作用,其作用优于单独应用生姜白胡椒水煎浓缩提取物、姜辣素、白胡椒水提取物。同时,其降低致呕率方面,其作用与西药昂丹司琼媲美。第二部分证明该组合物对于小鼠体内肿瘤有明显的抑制作用。第三部分证明该组合物能明显增加环磷酰胺对于肿瘤的抑制作用。结论生姜白胡椒的天然药物组合物可减少癌症放、化疗引起的呕吐副作用并对治疗癌症起增效作用。

Objective：To study the detoxification and synergistic effect of zingiber and pipernigrum composite to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods：We used three parts to study the pharmacological action of the composition.The part one used the classic mink vomiting model to observe the antiemetic effect of the composition.The part two used the mice tumor model to observe the antitumor effect of the composition.The part three used the mice tumor model to observe the antitumor effect of the union of composition and cyclophosphamide.Results：The part one proves that the composition can significantly resist mink vomiting response caused by cisplatin,and the effect is better than the separate application of ginger and white pepper water fried concentrated extract,gingerol,white pepper water extract.At the same time,its inhibition vomiting effect is comparable to ondansetron.The part two proves that the composition has obvious inhibition to the tumor in mice.The part three proves that the composition can obviously increase the tumor inhibition effect of cyclophosphamide.Conclusion：The composition can reduce vomiting side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy to cancer,and have synergistic effect in the treatment of cancer.
