医院感染管理技能在护理人员中干预效果研究

Nosocomial infection management skills in nursing intervention effect in research

目的探讨提高护理人员医院感染管理技能水平的有效方法。方法 2012年1月至2013年1月,将医院感染管理相关知识培训纳入某乡镇医院护理业务学习计划中,对医院护理人员医院感染管理技能进行综合系统培训干预。结果护理人员医院感染管理技能水平逐步提高,考核成绩用方差分析进行统计学处理(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;医院感染相关技能培训效果实地考核,用X2统计学分析(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论加强护理人员医院感染技能综合系统培训干预,是有效预防控制医院感染危险因素,提高医院感染管理水平的有效方法和途径。

Objective：To explore and improve nursing staffs nosocomial infection management skills level of effective method.Methods：In January 2012 to January 2013,the nosocomial infection management related knowledge training into a township hospital care business study plan,the hospital nursing staff nosocomial infection management skills integrated system training intervention.Results：Nursing staffs＇ nosocomial infection management skills level gradually improve,assessment results using analysis of variance on the statistical treatment（P 0.01）,the difference is statistically significant;Nosocomial infection related skills training effect evaluation field,with X2 test statistics analysis（P 0.01）,the statistically significant difference.Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing staffs＇ nosocomial infection skills integrated system training intervention is effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection risk factors,improve the management level of nosocomial infection effective ways and means.
