摘要
目的了解军队医院护理人员战备评估与部署能力的现况。方法应用军队护理人员战备能力评估量表对8所军队医院护理人员进行评估。结果护理人员临床护理能力和军事行动护理能力为中等,战士/生存能力为少量;已婚、职务高的护理人员战备评估与部署能力高于未婚、职务较低的护理人员;经常参加培训的护理人员具有较高的战备评估与部署能力;除领导和管理支持、小组整体性和一致性维度外,其余4个维度军人护士与非军人护士的组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论军队医院护理人员战备能力亟待提高,相关部门应针对性制定不同类别护理人员平时培训项目,提高战备准备效果。
Objective To analysis the current situation of the combat-readiness and deployment capability of nursing staff in military hospital.Methods The readiness ability evaluation scale was applied in military nurses in 8 military hospitals.Results The nursing capability in clinic and military action of the nursing staff was medium,and the combatant/survival capability was low.The combat-readiness and deployment capability scores of the married staff were higher than unmarried staff with lower ranks.The staff with regular training had higher scores than those with little or no training.Except leadership/administrative dimension,group integration and identification,the other four dimensions were significantly different between military and civilian nurses(P0.05).Conclusion Combat-readiness ability of nurses in the military hospital should be strengthened.The related departments should formulate regular training items directed against different categories of nurses to raise the combat-readiness assessment and deployment capability.
