摘要
目的 :研究血链球菌 A19培养上清液对脑膜炎球菌的定量抑菌作用。方法 :将血链球菌 A19培养上清液抽滤除菌 ,加入含一定浓度脑膜炎球菌培养液 37℃作用 2 4、48、72小时后分别进行活菌计数。结果 :作用 2 4小时后对照组细菌数增加 ,而试验组细菌数减少 ,抑菌率为 98.93% ;48小时后为 84.10 % ;72小时后为 6 6 .6 7% ;结论 :血链球菌 A19对脑膜炎球菌的抑菌作用是由于其代谢产物中含有抑菌成分 。
Aim: To explore quantitative inhibitory activity of Streptococcus Sanguis A19 culture Supernatants to Neisseria meningitis. Methods: Filtered Streptococcus sanguis A19 culture supernatants to eliminate live bacteria; add a certain concentration of Neisseria meningitis; incubate them at 37℃ for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours, then count N.meningitis flora. Results: The inhibition rate was 98.93% after 24 hours, 84.10% after 48 hours and 66.67% after 72 hours. Conclusion: The inhibitory activity of Streptococcus sanguis A19 is because there are some inhibitory elements in its metabolites. If the elements are extracted and purified, it could be used to treat Neisseria meningitis infections.
