枯草芽孢杆菌B26与化学药剂协同防治木材蓝变 被引量:13

摘要 以枯草芽孢杆菌B26为生防菌,测定11种化学药剂对木材蓝变菌的防效,将防效最强的化学药剂与生防菌进行复配,探讨复配剂对蓝变菌的室内毒力效果,旨在构建由生防菌与化学药剂组成的菌—药复剂。实验结果表明:戊唑醇(TEB)作为菌—药复配的化学因子,在较低质量浓度下不仅能有效抑制蓝变菌的生长,也能与生防菌很好地相容。将戊唑醇(0.004 5 g/L)和生防菌B26(1×107CFU/mL)复配,V(戊唑醇)∶V(生防菌B26)=4∶6时对蓝变菌抑制的增效作用最高,增效比为1.35。复配剂防效显著优于单剂戊唑醇和单剂生防菌B26防效,且戊唑醇使用量只有单剂使用量的1/2,表明二者复配有明显的增效作用,且降低了化学药剂使用量。 On the basis of Bacillus subtilis B26, the combination of the fermentation broth and environmental-friendly chemicals was conducted to build an agent composed of B. subtilis B26 and chemicals by measuring the wood sap stain fungi prevention of 11 chemical agents. The results show : TEB, as the chemical factor of combination research, can inhibit the growth of sap stain fungi under lower usage level, and also is compatible with strain B. subtilis B26. By combining 0. 004 5 g/L TEB with 1×10^7 CFU/mL B. subtilis B26 fermentation broth, the synergistic ratio is the highest under the volume ratio of 4 : 6 with the synergia ratio of 1.35. The control effectiveness of compound biocide is better than that two single-dose, and TEB usage of mixture is less than half of one single TEB dose. Therefore, the combination of TEB and strain B26 not only can reduce the usage of chemicals, but also promote the biocontrol effectiveness.
