我国种业知识产权海外布局战略研究

Research on Overseas Distribution Strategy of Intellectual Property Rights of Seed Enterprises

种子兼有技术与商品的双重属性,种子企业对于实施国际化战略中的知识产权保护极为重要。本文在定义与界定种子企业知识产权的范围及其特点的前提下,比较分析发达国家和我国种业知识产权海外申请授权现状,阐述种业知识产权海外布局的重要性,进而提出我国种子企业知识产权海外布局战略路径。

Based on introducing the scope of intellectual property rights of seed companies and its characteristics,comparative analyzing overseas application and authorization status quo of developed country and domestic seed industry intellectual property,and elaborating the significance of implementing the intellectual property protection in seed company's international strategy,this paper proposed overseas distribution strategy of intellectual property rights of China seed enterprises.
