摘要
目的通过催眠暗示观察高低催眠感受性人群空间认知能力差异,为催眠技术临床应用提供科学依据。方法对象:采用整群随机抽样法抽取某艺术学校1200名学生。使用斯坦福催眠感受性量表C式(SGHSS:C)筛出高低催眠感受性组学生(高分组≥7分;低分组44分)各64人。匹配分4组,即高感受性催眠组、高感受性对照组、低感受性催眠组、低感受性对照组;空间认知评估采用Benton线段方向判断测试,刺激呈现采用E—prime1.1程序;催眠采用语言听觉诱导方式;统计分析采用SPSSl3.0软件包,进行t检验和方差分析(ANOVA)。结果催眠前空间知觉评估,4组线段方向判断得分分别是(3704.75±208.94)分,(3711.88±265.22)分,(3707.81±369.62)分,(3713.56±285.98)分,差异无统计学意义(P=1.000);催眠后空间知觉评估,4组线段方向判断反应时得分分别是(3228.25±204.38)ms,(3583.13±241.39)ms,(3617.50±309.03)ms,(3640.13±264.53)ms、错误数分别是(1.75±0.93)个,(4.69±0.79)个,(5.19±1.17)个,(5.44±0.89)个,高感受性催眠组反应时显著短于其他3组,错误数少于其他3组(均P〈0.01)。结论催眠增加了高催眠感受个体的空间知觉组织加工能力。
Objective To observe higher and lower hypnotic susceptibility person' s spatial cognition ability after hypnotic-suggesting, and provide scientific basis for utilizing hypnotic technique in clinic. Methods 1200 students from one of art university were selected and evaluated by C type of Stanford group hypnotic susceptibility scale (SGHSS:C), and screened out high and low hypnotic susceptibility groups (high group, SGHSS score≥7; low group scores≤4) ,64 students in each group. 128 students were divided into 4 groups according with matching rule, namely high hypnotic susceptibility-hypnosis; high hypnotic susceptibility-control group; low hypnotic susceptibility-hypnosis group; low hypnotic susceptibility-control group. Spatial cognitive abili- ty were evaluated by Benton~ the Line segment determine of orientation, stimulus presentation was by E-prime 1.1 programs. Statistical analysis were supplied t tests and ANOVA analysis using SPSS13.0 package. Results Before hypnosis, there were no significant different during the 4 groups in scores of the line segment determined ( 3704.75 ± 208.94,3711.88 ± 265.22,3707.81 ± 369.62,3713.56 ± 285.98, P 〈 0.01 ). After hypnosis, a significant shorter reaction times and decreased error number in higher susceptibility-hypnotic group than other 3 groups( reaction time (3228.25 ±204.38) ms, (3583.13 ±241.39) ms, (3617.50 ±309.03) ms, (3640.13-±264.53) ms;error number ( 1.75 ±0.93), (4.69 ±0.79), (5. 19 ± 1. 17), (5.44 ± 0.89) ) (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Spatial perception processing capacity is enhanced by hypnosis in person of higher hypnotic susceptibility.
