摘要
借鉴传统水轮机的设计方法开发了一种适用于冷却塔工作环境的双级贯流式水轮机,取代冷却塔中的风扇电动机以达到节约能源的目的。采用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer对该水轮机的主要部件进行建模,并运用有限元软件ABAQUS进行静力学及动力学分析以研究其结构性能。结果表明,该水轮机结构紧凑、运行稳定可靠、性能良好,适应冷却塔的工作环境,达到了能量回收节能效果。
By learning the traditional design method of water turbine, a new type of two-stage tubular turbine that can be applied to the working conditions of cooling tower is developed to replace the fan motor, and the purpose of saving energy is realized. The main components of the two-stage tubular turbine are modeled by using Pro/Engineer. The structural performance is analyzed by using ABAQUS, and the static analysis and dynamic analysis are simulated. The results show that the structure of the water turbine is reasonable; it can work stably under the normal condition in the cooling tower; it attains the effect of reclaiming and saving energy.
