摘要
针对水泵及水轮机叶片气蚀、磨损等造成的缺陷无法精确修复问题,采用具有先进三维扫描测量技术的便携式三坐标测量机(CMM)系统,采集叶片的原始点云数据,利用逆向工程软件Geomagic和CAD重现叶片的原始叶型,并对存在缺陷的叶片进行三维扫描测量,并与原始叶型数据进行三维比对。试验结果表明,CMM系统可提高叶片的修复精度。
In view of the status that the defects of water pump and water turbine blades caused by eromon and abrasion can not be repaired accurately, the portable three coordinate measuring machine (CMM) system is adopted to collect the original point cloud data of the blade, and the Geomagic and CAD are used to reproduce the original hlade model. And then the defected blade data are obtained by three-dimensional scanning and measuring. Finally, the defected blade data is compared with the data of original blade. The result shows that the CMM system can improve the precision of repaired blade.
