摘要
针对配电自动化在10kV配电架空线路的设备配置、运行方式等方面的变化,使得带电断、接电压互感器及相关设备引线、柱上负荷开关等开关设备自动合闸产生过电压对带电作业带来的影响,以实例为分析对象说明了过电压产生原理。为提高作业安全性,采用在电压互感器电源侧加装柱上隔离开关及停用柱上开关的自动合闸功能的措施限制过电压产生。
According to the changes of equipments and operation mode on the lOkV distribution overhead line with distribution automation function, over-voltage has an impact on live working while connecting or disconnecting the wires of the voltage transformer and auto-closing of the load switch, reclosing type drop fuse, interconnection circuit breaker switch. The principle of over-voltage is discussed by analyzing an example. In order to improve the operation safety, some measures are taken, such as istalling isolation switch in the voltage transformer power supply side and deactivating the automatic closing function of the load switch, coincidence type drop fuse, inter-connection circuit breaker switch.
