摘要
利用DTA-TG、热膨胀分析仪等手段研究了抛光废渣和掺加废渣墙地砖的物理化学性能。发现由于抛光砖废渣含有碳化硅磨料和较多熔剂,温度约1100℃以上会出现膨胀,实验确定釉面砖生产中可以大量使用抛光废渣,不会引起坯体膨胀,废渣用量可达25%。提出了抛光废渣经过均化、分级收集、分别处理,再利用的方法,其优点在于提高掺加抛光废渣的陶瓷原料成分的均匀性、生产工艺的稳定性,从而提高瓷砖生产中废渣用量、实现陶瓷固体废料零排放。
The physical and chemical properties of tile polishing processing waste are studied by DTA-TG and optical dimension measurements during heat treatment(TOMMI). It is found that biscuit will expand over l l00~C because of SiC and fluxing agent from abrasion block, tile polishing processing waste would be used in glazed tile, and the using amount of the waste may reach 25 percent. By using classification collecting and homogenizing method, the tile polishing processing waste with high stabilizing physical and chemical properties has been obtained. It is obviously increased polishing waste utilization and resulted in solid waste zero emission of ceramic tile industry.
