摘要
介绍了高压架空输电线路优化设计的新构想,详细叙述了WHO关于电磁场暴露标准、架空输电线周围的电磁环境和设计标准。随着高级传感技术、高速双路通讯、分布式计算机的电力传输和分配网络等技术逐步应用,使智能电网的实现成为可能。成功设计了一套新型高级输电线路安全运行监测系统,进一步提出了人工智能的专家系统监测输电线路安全运行的可行性和实效性。
This paper introduces a new idea to optimize the design of high voltage overhead transmission lines. The WHO standards are elaborated in terms of EMF exposure and electromagnetic environment surrounding overhead transmission lines, as well as the design standards. With the gradual application of advanced sensor technology, highspeed two-way communication, distributed computer power transmission and distribution networks and other technolo- gies, it is possible to implement smart grid. This research designs a new and advanced monitoring system for transmission line safe operation, and highlights the feasibility and effectiveness of the expert systems with artificial intelli- gence in monitoring the safe operation of transmission lines.
