摘要
针对上海市220 kV泸定智能变电站主要应用的两种智能化变电站的采样同步实现方法:插值重采样法及同步时钟法,详细阐述了其具体实施方案,总结了二者的区别、优缺点及应用场合等。
Two synchronous sampling methods have been applied to 220kV Luding intelligent substation in Shanghai, i.e. the resampling based on interpolation and the synchronization based on synchronous clock. This paper elaborates the implementation schemes, and compares their differences, respective advantages and disadvantages, as well as the applications.
