高层住宅形体设计绿色分析法初探

Preliminary study of green building analysis in high-rise residential frame design

摘要 针对高层住宅平面形体设计中缺少绿色设计的问题,从建筑节地、节能、节材、通风和功能实用等角度出发,选取不同形状的建筑平面,应用软件模拟、对比计算、问卷调查等方法,分析了不同建筑平面形体的特点。计算了各形体综合优越指数并按此进行图形叠加,得出比较合理的住宅平面形体理想模型,据此提出了符合绿色建筑标准的住宅设计思路和方案评判方法。 In view of the insufficient green building a- nalysis in the design of high - rise residential building and the difficulty to upgrade a preliminary design, this article presents a judgment tool and basic idea for the design to comply with the standard of green - building plan. Based on the practical requirement of economic land usage, energy saving, material cost efficiency and fresh air support, the article selects different typical shape of building frame designs for comparison. With software system simulation, overlapping calculation, sample questionnaire, this article lists out the difference of superiority index and major characters of each frame. By graphic overlay with sequence of superiority index, the article generates a reasonable model of residential frame design.
