开发区土地集约利用评价指标理想值的确定——以上海市19个开发区为例

基于数据包络分析(DEA)方法的C2R模型和投影分析,探索能反映评价对象客观差异特征的指标理想值一次性求取模型。以上海市19个市级开发区为例求取指标理想值,并进行土地集约利用评价和集约度分值排序,结果显示出指标理想值一次性求取模型的优势和可靠性。

This essay constructs a model based on C^2R Model and Projection analysis of DEA（ Data Envelopment Analysis） to determine the expected standards of evaluation indicators for all zones at once and indicator＇ s expected standards for each zone can reflect its own characteristics. It then applies the Model to nineteen municipal zones of Shanghai, evaluates the land use intensive extents and presents sorting of their scores. Results show that the model has many advantages compared with determining respectively and independently, and the model is reliable.
