摘要
为了满足连续型流程工业生产仿真、培训和测试的需要,在全数字仿真系统的基础上,提出了一种新型的半实物仿真系统。该系统采用OPC技术,实现了全数字仿真模型与系统硬件的通信,进而实现了计算机仿真信号到实际工业现场信号的转换,因此该仿真系统提供给过程控制系统的信号与实际现场设备完全一样。这种仿真系统能够模拟工业现场设备的运行与信号,从而为过程控制系统提供了更为真实的控制对象,同样也使得该系统的应用更加便捷且适用范围更加广泛。
A new type of loop simulation system is built by us, in order to meet the needs of the continuous process of industrial production, on the basis of the all-digital simulation system. This system uses the OPC technology to complete the communica- tion between the all-digital simulation model and the system hardware, thus the conversion from the all-digital signal to the signal of the actual industrial field is completed. Therefore, the communication between the system and process control systems, is ex- actly same as the communication between the actual field devices and process control systems. This simulation system can simu- late the industrial field devices' operation and signal, and provide a more realistic control object for the process control system. It makes the system more convenient and broader scope.
