摘要 设计了一种新型的三层架构的血凝仪参数检测软件系统,以实现凝血参数的检测。给出了血凝仪的总体框架,制定了上位机与主控单元的通信协议。重点阐述了软件的总体功能,给出了数据库、实验流程、实验算法的设计思路。最终实现PC机对机械臂、试剂臂、样本臂等装置的控制;在PC机上进行试剂设置、数据处理、质量控制、曲线生成;采用凝结算法得到凝血时间,为血栓与止血参数的进一步计算打下了基础。经连续运行测试证明,该软件能够对实验参数进行检测,界面友好,具有良好的可靠性,为基于C#的全自动血凝仪软件的实现提供了良好的解决方案。 A new three-tier coagulation analyzer parameter detection software system is designed to achieve the detection of coagulation parameters. The overall frame of the coagulation analyzer is given; the communication protocol of the host computer to the main control unit is formulated. The overall function of the software is expounde in detail, the ideas of database, the experimental procedure, experimental algorithm design are given. The control of PC to the manipulator, the reagent arm and sample arm device is realized ultimately. Clotting time is accepted by Condensation algorithm, the foundation for the further calculation of Thrombosis and Hemostasis parameters is realized. Continuous operation test shows that the software can detect the parameters, interface is friendly, a reliable solution is provided for automatic coagulation analyzer based on C#.
