摘要
美国心理学家赫兹伯格认为,组织中影响人的积极性的因素可按其激励功能的不同,分为激励因素和保健因素两大类。它们之间既相互区别,又相互联系。双因素理论启迪了我们在管理实践中的辩证思维方法,对如何增强高校教师激励具有重要的启发价值。
American psychologist Fredrick Herzberg argues that the factors that affect the enthusiasm of people according to the different incentive function in the organizations, were divided into two major categories of motivation factors and hygiene factors. Between them is mutual difference, and connect with each other. Two Factor Theory enlightenments to our dialectical thinking method in the management practice, and has important implica-tions about how to enhance the incentive value of college teach-ers.
