农民工继续教育的困境与对策——基于扬州地区的抽样调查

The Predicament and the Countermeasure of Peasant Workers' Continuing Education: Based on the Sampling Survey of Yangzhou

现代农民工在各个城市流动,对城市的现代化建设起着至关重要的作用,然而农民工进城总是承担着技术低、劳动量大、薪酬低的工作。继续教育,是使农民工走出底层生活、加薪升职、增加就业面的重要途径。文章以扬州市为例,针对农民工基本概况以及存在的客观问题进行分析,并提出优化农民工继续教育的对策和建议。

Modern peasant workers flow in cities, and play an es-sential role in the construction of modern cities. However, peasant workers always take the low-technology, large labor, low-paid jobs when they come to the city. Continuing education is one of the important ways to break through the dilemma, get a promotion and boost the approaches of employment. The essay, taking Yangzhou as an example, analyzes the basic general situation of peasant workers and the objective problems and puts forward the policy and advice to optimize the continuing education of peasant workers.
