摘要 本文从个体发展的视角,考察微观层面幼儿教师专业成长所面临的困扰,提出解决的策略,为致力于专业成长的幼儿教师提供有效的借鉴。 From the perspective of individual development, this article proposes the strategy of facing the professional develop-ment of preschool teachers at the micro level, and provides effec-tive reference for the professional development "of preschool teachers.
