西部地区新建本科院校教学质量建设存在问题的思考

Reflections on Problems in the Construction of Teaching Quality in Newly Built Undergraduate Colleges of Western Areas

同老本科院校及东部地区新建本科院校相比,西部地区新建本科院校在教学质量建设上,存在学校办学目标在各专业中的落实程度不一致、师资队伍建设问题突出、办学经费缺口大、校内各专业发展不均衡、质量标准体系不全面、学风建设整体效能不充分等共性问题。归结起来,集中体现在人力资源不足与学校专业发展需要的矛盾,办学的内外部机制发展程度不平衡的矛盾,外部经费投入严重不足与学校质量内涵建设需要的三对矛盾。

Compared with old undergraduate colleges and eastern newly built undergraduate colleges, newly built undergraduate colleges in western areas have various common problems. In a word, the problem lies in the conflict between the shortage of hu-man resources and the needs of school professional development, the conflict between the development of inner and outer system and the conflict between the shortage of fund and the need of school construction.
