Problems in the Construction of Teachers' CPC Branch in Higher Vocational College and the Countermeasures

高职院校教师党支部建设,是高职院校党组织作用发挥的重要基础。然而近年来其力量薄弱、作用发挥困难等问题日益突出。分析制约教师党支部建设的深层次原因,通过制度健全、政策扶持、思想教育等手段,加强支部建设和学校中心工作的结合度,提升基层教研室支部的战斗堡垒作用。

The construction of teachers＇ CPC branch in higher vo-cational college is the essential basis for proper function of CPC organization in college and university. There are, however, many severely problems, such as the weak rigidity of organization, were emerged. In order to enhance the function as the fighting fortress, the grassroots organizations of CPC in college should improve themselves by analyzing the in-depth causes of the problems, combing the construction with school＇s central work.
