An Inquiry into Students' Rotating Cadres in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

学生干部队伍是加强学生工作的重要力量。学生干部由于得到较多的历练,进步成长较快,综合素质较高。高职院校的人才培养目标蕴含了综合素质的要求,为了给每个学生提供锻炼的机会,我们积极探索面向全体学生的"班级干部轮换制",为广大学生搭建施展才能,参与管理实践的平台,从而最大限度地调动广大学生自主管理的积极性和能动性,充分发掘潜能,提高道德水平,提升综合素质,造就祖国建设事业的合格劳动者。

Student cadre team is an important force to strengthen student affair, for they have experienced more exercise and have higher comprehensive quality, which is also embodied in the cul-tivation goal of higher vocational colleges. In order to provide ev-ery student with the opportunity of exercise, we are exploring the system of rotating cadres, which will build a platform for every student to show their abilities.
