摘要
企业人事档案真实、客观地记载和反映企业职工经历、政治思想、品德作风、自身成长的真实历史记载,为企业体制改革、决策、招贤纳士、任免职提供了可靠的信息参考。随着新的历史时期的到来,新的体制发展变化,企业人事档案面临许多新的问题和新的挑战,档案工作如何与时俱进地加快发展,更好地为企业提供服务,提高工作效能,是我们企业目前所面临的一个实际问题。我根据人事档案工作管理实践,谈谈企业人事档案管理中存在的问题和建议。
Enterprise file objectively reflects the staff's basic conditions, so it can provide solid references for enterprise reform and policy. With the coming of the new historical period, the sys-tem changes, and many problems advent in enterprise personnel files management. How to make files management develop faster in the new period has become a realistic problems for all enter-prises. In accordance with the practice of personnel files man-agement, we discuss the existing problems in enterprise person-nel management and the suggestions for the problems.
