With the coming of the new historical period, the sys-tem changes, and many problems advent in enterprise personnel files management. How to make files management develop faster in the new period has become a realistic problems for all enter-prises. In accordance with the practice of personnel files man-agement, we discuss the existing problems in enterprise person-nel management and the suggestions for the problems.
