摘要
目的探讨中国南方地区健康、非吸烟成人呼出气~氧化氮(FeNO)的正常参考值及影响FeNO水平的因素。方法人选2011年6月至12月中国南方地区199名健康、非吸烟的成人,记录性别、年龄、身高、体质量、过敏史等一般资料。使用瑞典NIOXMINO分析系统,按照ATS/ERS推荐的标准方法检测FeNO值。之后进行肺功能检查及变应原血清特异性免疫球蛋白E检测。所有受试者签署知情同意书。结果FeNO正常参考值分别为男性(18.80±7.91)ppb,女性(15.05±8.15)ppb。双变量相关分析发现,FeN()值和过敏状态、年龄、性别、身高、体质量呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。将存在显著相关关系的因素纳入多元线性回归分析,建立线性回归方程为FeNO—11.332+16.455过敏状态+3.279性别+0.057年龄,R2=0.488,F=61.89l,P=0.000。FENO水平的三个独立的相关因素为过敏状态、性别和年龄。结论中国南方地区健康、非吸烟成人FEN()的正常参考值范围为男性(18.80±7.91)ppb,女性(15.05±8.15)ppb,过敏状态、性别及年龄为FeNO水平的三个独立相关因素。
Objective This study aimed to establish fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) reference values in nonsmoking, healthy adults in south china and to determine the factors related to FeNO levels. Methods The authors measured FENO in 199 nonsmoking, healthy adults in south china and collected data regarding factors possibly associated with FENO, including atopy, age, gender, height, weight. Lung function was measured using spirometry and allergen-specific serum immunoglobulin E lever was examined in those people. FeNO levels were measured prior to spirometry using a Swenden NIOX MINO nitric oxide analyzer according to ATS/ERS recommendations. All participants give written informed consent before taking part in the study, which was appoved by the local ethics committee. Results The reference FENO values was (18.80 ±7. 910) ppb in male and (15.05 ± 8. 151) ppb in female. Bivariate analysis found that FeNO value and allergy status, age, gender, height, weight have significant positive correlation ( P d0.05). In a multivariate linear regression analysis,FeNO levels were positively associated with atopy ( P =0. 000) ,gender ( P =0. 001) and age ( P =0. 000) after adjusting for atopy, gender, age, height, weight, a linear regression equation was FeNO = 11. 332-Jr 16. 455 atopy+3. 279 sex+ 0.057 age,R2=0.488, F=61.891, P=0.000. In healthy adults in south china,FeNO levels showed a significant and independent association with atopy, gender and age. Conclusions Reference values of exhaled nitric oxide in healthy adults in south china was (18.80±7. 910) ppb in male and (15.05±8.15) ppb. Atopy,gender and age were independent factors correlated with FENO level.
