摘要
目的:比较与评价NOTES胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术在猪胆囊切除实验中的利弊。方法:对20头猪按照胆囊切除的不同方式分为实验组和对照组,分别手术后尸解观察胆囊切除情况和腹腔内脏器损伤情况。结果:实验组切除过程中死亡2头(1头因全麻气管插管时堵塞而窒息死亡,另一头因手术时间过长死亡),另8头猪经阴道入路成功切除胆囊,术后尸解未见腹腔脏器损伤,对照组10头猪在手术过程中死亡1例(因胃部损伤穿孔死亡),另外9头成功切除胆囊、手术成功的实验猪术后生命体征稳定。结论:NOTES胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术在猪胆囊切除实验中均具有一定的应用价值。
Objective：Comparison and evaluation of NOTES cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a porcine experi mental advantages and disadvantages in cholecystectomy. Methods ： On the animal laboratory of 20 pigs in different ways according to cholecystectomy were divided into experimental group and control group, respectively after operation of autopsy observation chole cystectomy and abdominal injury. Results： The experimental group was 2 （1 deaths during head head due to tracheal intubation dur ing general anesthesia block and suffocation, another head for a long time operation death ）, operation successful experimental por cine postoperative life features stable. Conclusion ： NOTES choleeystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a porcine cholecys tectomy experiment has certain application value.
