摘要
目的:测定不同来源山茱萸中马钱苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相;检测波长为240nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为25℃。结果:各药材中马钱苷含量分别在0.77%~1.57%。马钱苷在0.02~0.80μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.51%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.67%。结论:品种来源不同的山茱萸中马钱苷的含量不同,其中以河南宛西山茱萸中马钱苷含量最高。
Objective:To determinate the content of loganin in the Comus officinalis in differen tsources. Methods:The content of loganin was determined by reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography. Staionary phase was Hypersil ODS(5ffm, 250mm× 4.6mm), mobile phase was acetonitrile H2O( 15 : 85, v/v), detection wavelength 240nm, flow rate 1.0mL/min. , column temperature 25℃. Results:The loganin levels in each sample were between 0.77 % - 1.57 %. There was good linearity within the range of 0.02-- 0.80μg/mI. for loganin, the average recovery of loganin was 99.51% (RSD= 0.67 %). Conclusion:There is the content difference of loganin in all samples in different sources, in which the loganin levels in Comus officinalis from Wanxi Henan was the highest.
