HPLC法同时测定舒血通合剂中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Aloe-emodin,Rhein,Emodin,Chrysophanol and Physcion in Shu Xue Tong Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:建立血舒通中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)柱,以甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相(75:25),流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长254nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚线性范围分别为1.705～34.104、3.220～64.400、2.180～43.600、1.771～35.422、0.459～9.182μg.mL-1,与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.32%、101.29%、100.77%、99.84%、100.02%,RSD分别为2.07%、2.01%、2.25%、1.75%、2.47%。结论:该方法可作为舒血通中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量测定的一种准确、灵敏、可行的方法。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chry- sophanol and physcion in Shu Xue Tong oral Liquid. Methods：Phenomenex C18（5μm, 4.6min×250mm） was used with methanol （A）-0.1 % phosphoric acid solution （B） as the mobile phase in（75：25）. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 , and the column tempera- ture was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The linear range of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion was 1. 705-34. 104,3. 220--64. 400,2. 180-43. 600,1. 771--35. 422,0. 459-9. 182μg· mL-1 ,the average recovery was 100.32% ,101.29% ,100.77 % ,99.84% ,100.02%, with RSD 2.07% ,2.01% ,2.25% ,1.75% ,2.47%. Conclusion.The meth- od is accurate, sensitive and feasible with good reproductivity, which can be used for the quality control of aloe-emodin, rhein,emod- in,ehrysophanol and physcion in Shu Xue Tong oral Liquid.
