摘要
目的:筛选复方伤复宁膏的基质处方。方法:采用正交实验法,以初粘力、持粘力为指标,各基质及用量为因素和水平进行L16(45)正交表试验,得出最佳工艺参数。结果:优选最佳工艺配比为:甘油:聚丙烯酸钠:CMC-Na:粘合剂:水=7.6:1.2:0.4:0.6:6。结论:优选的基质处方合理可行。
Objective：to optimize the matrix formulation of Fufang Shangfuning Cataplasm. Methods. the optimal preparation was selected by L16 （4s） orthogonal design, the tempercianee and Permanent adhesion were used as indexes. Results： the optimal matrix proportion .＂ Glycerine .＂ Sodium polyacrylate .＂ CMC-Na .＂ Adhesive .＂ Water = 7.6 1.2 .＂ 0.4 .＂ 0.6 .＂ 6. Conclusion ： the optimal matrix formulation is reasonable.
