Objective:To study the combination of Chinese and Western intervention in the treatment of elderly diabetic foot value. Methods:Collected in our hospital for treatment of 90 elderly patients with diabetic foot patients divided into two groups, the con trol group (45 cases), according to the principle of random Integrative interventional treatment application of the conventional treat ment, the observation group (45 cases), that patients suffering from technology of the the limbs lower extremity digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and narrow at the implementation of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty surgery (PTA) + compound Dan shen perfusion, was given control of blood sugar, anti inflammatory and anticoagulant therapy, observed two groups effect. Re- sults:The observation group, 37 cases were cured, the cure rate was 82. 22~, the control group, 20 cases were cured, the cure rate was 44. 440/00, the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P^0.05). After treatment, dorsalis pedis artery diameter was significantly greater than in the control group, the blood flow of the observation group was significantly greater than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:PTA + Compound Danshen perfusion obvious role in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes, foot vascular regeneration, improve the microcirculation of diabetic foot patients with lower extremity arterial prevent thrombosis is extremely effective, and can be applied clinically.
