丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼不同浓度配置用于静脉全身麻醉效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨比较丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼不同浓度配置用于静脉全身麻醉的临床效果。方法:选取手术治疗患者128例,根据麻醉药物浓度配置的不同而将患者随机分为成A、B、C、D四组,每组患者32例。A组患者采用丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼600mg:1mg配比维持麻醉;B组患者采用丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼500mg:1mg配比维持麻醉;C组患者采用丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼400mg:1mg配比维持麻醉;D组患者采用丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼300mg:1mg配比维持麻醉,并分别对四组手术患者的静脉全身麻醉效果进行深入细致的比较和分析。结果:A、C、D组的苏醒时间和拔管时间与B组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);A、D组的用药量与B组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);C组的警觉/镇静评分与B组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。通过对四种因素的综合评定,C组患者的苏醒时间最短,拔管时间最早,用药量最少,警觉/镇静评分值最高。结论:丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼以浓度配置为400mg:1mg用于静脉全身麻醉效果最为理想。 Objective: To probe into and compare the clinical effects of amiodarone and lidocaine treatment for senile myocardial in- farction ventricular arrhythmias. Methods:Selected 128 surgery patients in our hospital. According to the different configuration of the anesthetic drug concentration, the patients were divided into A, B, C and D four groups randomly. There were 32 patients in each group. The patients in group A were maintained anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil 600rag : ling ratio. The patients in group B were maintained anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil 500rag : ling ratio. The patients in group C were maintained an- esthesia with propofol and remifentanil 400mg 1mg ratio. The patients in group D were maintained anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil 300rag : ling ratio. The intravenous general anesthetic effect of the patients in four groups were compared and analysis. Results:The awakening time and extubation time of Group A, group C, group D between group B, there were significant difference (P〈0.05). The dosage of Group A, the group D between B group, there were significant differences (P〈0.05). The alertness / sedation score of group C between group B, there were significant differences (P〈0.05). By the four factors comprehensive assess ment, patients in group C with the shortest time of awakening, the earliest extubation time, the least amount of medication, the highest score of alertness/Sedation. Conclusion: The most ideal concentration configured of propofol combined with remifentanil for intravenous general anesthetic effect is 400mg :1mg.
