雷公藤外洗治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

Tripterygium Wilfordii and Washing Treatment of Early Osteoarthritis of the Knee:Observation of Clinical Efficacy

目的:观察雷公藤外洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将40例诊断为早期膝关节骨关节炎的患者随机分为两组进行临床观察,实验组20例采用雷公藤10%水煎剂(即每10g放入,煎1h后过滤并稀释至100mL)外洗,2次/d,每次治疗30min;对照组20例采用口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,2次/d,1片/次,750mg/片。两组均治疗3周。根据其治疗前和治疗3周后的临床症状评分进行统计学分析。结果:实验组治疗前后有非常显著性差异,提示雷公藤多苷片对膝骨性关节炎有治疗作用,两组比较有非常显著差异,提示实验组疗效优于对照组,且病人血常规、肝肾功能等各项检查无明显变化,未观察到明显不良反应。结论:雷公滕外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎具有免疫抑制、抑制细胞因子及抗炎等作用,尤其是具有抑制细胞因子,特别是抑制白介素-1作用,从而达到降低关节的炎性反应,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective:Observation of Leigong Teng external treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy,to discuss its mechanism of action.Methods:40 cases of diagnosis of early osteoarthritis of knee joint of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups for clinical observation,experimental group 20 cases,10% with Tripterygium wilfordii Decoction(i.e.,every pieces 10 grams in Tripterygium wilfordii Decoction for 1 hours after filtration and diluted to 100ml) and washing,1 day 2 times,each time for 30 minutes.A control group of 20 cases,the use of oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablet,1 2 times,1 times in 1 pieces,each piece of 750mg.2 groups were treated for 3 weeks.According to the 2 group of patients before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment the clinical symptom scores were statistically analyzed,leading to the conclusion that.Results:The experimental group before and after treatment,there were significant differences,tips of Tripterygium wilfordii on knee osteoarthritis treatment.The experimental group compared with the control group there was no significant difference between the experimental group,prompting effect is better than that of control group.And the patient blood,liver and renal function tests showed no change,no observed adverse reactions.Conclusion:Leigong Teng washing for treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint with immunosuppression,suppressor of cytokine and anti-inflammatory and other three sides effect,especially with the inhibition of cytokines specifically inhibits interleukin-1 effect,thus reducing the joint inflammatory reaction clinical curative effect,and no toxic and side effect,is worth the clinical promoted.
