白虎汤合四妙散加减治疗原发性红斑肢痛症一例
摘要
患者，女性，22岁。因双足底反复灼热肿痛3月于2011年2月8日来我院就诊。患者无诱因出现双足底剧烈灼热肿痛，有时呈针刺感，活动后及夜间加重，喜凉恶热，甚至将双足露出被子或放入冷水中浸泡方能缓解症状。
