摘要 当前,探索中国特色大学生就业指导理论羁绊于职业生涯规划理论框架;职业规划的"隔靴搔痒"与"水土不服",源于其理论自身的局限性和盲目照搬;探索特色就业指导理论,从发现差别入手,以分析问题为引导,提出解决方案;特色就业指导的根基在志向,职业点是聚焦过程;提升学生九维适应力,使其课堂上活跃起来,校园里练起来,社会上干起来;职业适应指导是中国特色大学生就业指导理论,其目标是提升适应职业、适应社会能力。 At present,the survey on the Chinese characteristic guiding theory of the employment of university graduates has been trammeled by the frame of occupation career planning theory.The ineffective solution and inappropriateness are derived from the limitations and blindly copying.We try to explore the guiding theory of special employment, start with discovering difference,take problem analysis as vectoring and propose solutions;Special employment's basement is ambition and professional point is the Aggregation process; Improve students' adaptabilities of nine dimensions and make them become active ,practise in the campus and hard work in the society;The occupation career planning is the guiding theory of Chinese characteristic graduates employment and its purpose is to enhance the abilities of adapting profession and society.
