摘要
大学生就业工作和学习型组织理论越来越受到关注。创建学习型社会,实现充分就业,推动高质量的就业,已经提升到国家发展战略的新高度。改革开放的全面深入,对高校就业工作提出了更高的要求。借鉴学习型组织理论,积极推动学习型就业工作团队建设,有利于更好地引导学生树立科学的实践观、择业观和就业观,正确处理学习、生活和工作中遇到的问题,有利于及时化解各种矛盾,创建和谐校园,有利于推动高校就业工作队伍的职业化、专业化,促进高校可持续发展和学习型社会建设。
In recent years, the employment of university graduates and learning organization theory more and more attention. Creating a learning society, achieve full employment, and accelerate the achievement of a higher quality employment, has been elevated to new heights of national development strategies. Accompanied by the full depth of the reform and opening up, the employment of university graduates constantly demonstrated new situation and new problems.Learning from the learning organization theory, actively promoting the employment team construction of the institutions of higher learning are advantageous to guide the students,establish a scientific concept of practice, career outlook and employment outlook, correctly handle the learning life and work issues, help resolve various contradictions and create harmony campus, promote the university employment workforce professional, specialization, and to promote the sustainable development of universities and learning society construction.
