摘要
研究比较观察了松科云杉属的云杉 ( Picea asperata)、油杉属的油杉 ( Keteleeria for-tunei)、雪松属的雪松 ( Cedrus deodera)、松属的海南五针松 ( Pinus fenzeliana)和大明松 ( P.taiwanensis Hayata var.damingshanensis) 5个种的幼茎初生结构。结果表明 ,皮下层的细胞层数、皮层细胞的组成 ,树脂道的分布 ,鞘细胞的排列 ,髓射线的宽度及髓部细胞状况等可以明显区分。结合有关文献资料 ,初步讨论了松科 4属的亲缘关系。
We made observations on the anatomy of primary structure of young stems of 5 species in Pinaceae.Those species,ie., Picea asperata,Keteleeria fortunei,Cedrus deodara,Pinus fenzeliana and P.taiwanensis Hayata var. damingshanensis ,are included in present study.The results are shown as follows:Those species,e.g., Picea asperata,Keteleeria fortunei,Cedrus deodara ,and Pinus fenzeliana can be clearly distingushied from each other on the basis of combination of those characteristics like the layers of hypodermis,the composition of cortex,the distribution of resin canal,the arrangement of sheath cells,the width of pith ray and the composition of pith cells etc.Based on the comparison among the primary structure of young stems of Pinaceae ,the authors further discuss the relationships among those four genera.
