Social assessment and paradigm of CDM projects

针对CDM项目评价问题,以可持续发展为目标,在国际环境发生变化下,分析了进行项目社会评估的必要性和作用。在对社会学范式概念的理解上,认为CDM项目社会评估范式应有的研究主体、评估对象和评估方法三方面内容。研究结果对深化CDM项目的可持续发展理念和对项目评估工作具有推动作用。

In view of problems in CDM project assessment, analyses were made cessity and function of the social project assessment under ever-changing background of the he-international with sustainable development as the aim. Based on the understanding of con-cepts in sociology paradigm, it was pointed out that CDM project＇s social assessment para- digm includes three elements of research subject, assessment object, and assessment meth-ods. The results would deepen the concept of sustainable development in CDM projects and promote project assessment.
