Preparation of Human Soluble Collagen

目的 寻找人面部或体表软组织病变或缺损造成凹陷的填充和修复材料。方法 从胎盘中提纯可溶化性胶原 ,并经动物实验进行观察。结果 在动物皮内可较长期存在而不改变形态 ,且未检出相应抗体 ,也未引起过敏反应 ,组织形态学观察未见明显异常。结论 此胶原制剂是一种安全。

Objective To seek the biological stuffing materials for repairing the pitting caused by soft tissue lesion or injury on the face or body surface. Methods A kind of soluble collagen was purified from human placenta, and the antigenicity, sensitivity and safety of it were studied in animals.Results The appearance of the collagen remained for a long time in the animals after intracutaneous injection. No corresponding antibody was detected out, and neither allergic reaction nor histomorphological abnormality was observed.Conclusion The soluble collagen is a safe and effective biological stuffing.
