摘要 目的制备一种高纯度的鼠尾胶原蛋白海绵,研究鼠尾胶原海绵的止血作用。方法用制备的鼠尾胶原蛋白海绵对新西兰兔耳缘静脉、耳缘动脉、肝脏、股动脉创面止血,观察其止血时间、敷料与创面的黏合情况、再出血、渗血和吸收及伤口愈合情况。结果鼠尾胶原海绵组、胶原蛋白海绵组耳缘动脉、肝脏、股动脉创面止血时间与对照组比较明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,鼠尾胶原海绵组在肝脏、股动脉创面止血时间比胶原蛋白海绵组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼠尾胶原蛋白海绵在对创面的修复性能上优于胶原蛋白。结论鼠尾胶原蛋白及其冻干海绵可以作为人工皮肤及创伤敷料研究的首选材料,同时也为鼠尾胶原蛋白海绵用于止血、创面修复及进一步研究其止血机制提供事实依据。 Objective To prepare a rat tail collagen sponge with high purity and study its hemostatic effect. Methods Through comparison with hemostatic effect of the New Zealand rabbits' ears margin veins and arteries, liver, thigh arteries wounds, the condition of hemostatic time, dressings wound adhesion, rehaemorrhagia, blood oozing and absorption and wound healing time have been observed. Results Compared with control group, there was a significant difference in the he- mostatic time for wound in New Zealand rabbits's auricular Vein (P〈0.05). At the same time, there was a significant difference in terms of hepatic hemostatic time between rat tail collagen sponge group and collagen protein sponge group (P〈0. 05 ). Rat tail collagen was superior to the collagen in the repair performance of the wound. Conclusion Rat tail collagen as well as freeze-dried sponges can be used as materials of first choice for artificial skin and wound dressings research. This paper also serves as the factual basis for the utilization of rat tail collagen sponge in the hemostasis and wound repair, further research on the mechanism of hemostasis is needed.
