有关区域热水锅炉冬季采暖运行方案的设计方案

此方案基于东营供热管理处的区域热水锅炉供暖设施,应用模拟和理论计算的方法,并综合考虑了冬季供暖运行中的几种常见情况。根据室外温度和供暖的面积,计算出实际运行的参考值,最终设计出锅炉房及交换站的运行指令表格。此次运行方案中一次管网和二次管网均采用分阶段改变流量的质调节,为区域锅炉最实用的运行调节方式。

This program is designed based on the condition of Dongying Heating Management Office＇ s regional hot water boiler heating facilities,considering several common situations in winter heating operation,and using the method of simulation and theoretical calculation. According to the outdoor temperature and the heating area,I will calculate out the reference values of the actual running,and finally draw the running instruction table for the boiler rooms and switching stations. In this running program,the first and the second pipe network both applied quality regulation which, changing the flow in stages, is the most practical regulating way in the running of regional boilers.
