本文综述了利用微生物生产L 色氨酸的各种方法和L 色氨酸的生物合成途径及其代谢调控机制 ,并介绍了利用重组DNA技术选育L 色氨酸高产菌的研究现状。
This is a summary of production of L?tryptophan by microbial processes, tryptophan?specific biosynthesis pathway and the metabolic regulatory mechanisms of its biosynthesis. The current situation and up?to?date progress about the application of the recombinant DNA technology to breeding of L?tryptophan hyperproducting strains is also introduced.
