传染性单核细胞增多症25例临床分析

目的:探讨传染性单核细胞增多症的临床分析。方法:我科于2000年5月～2005年4月共收治传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)25例,发病年龄30天～12岁,以学龄前及学龄儿童多见(占68%)。结果:患儿具有典型的临床表现:发热、咽峡炎、颈淋巴结及肝脾肿大、皮疹、双眼睑浮肿及外周血中出现大量异型淋巴细胞等,其中双眼睑浮肿9例,发生率36%。结论:提示双眼睑浮肿为IM的重要体征之一。并有其他系统受累征象,如肺炎、蛋白尿、心肌损害及脑炎等,预后良好。

Objective To investigate infectious mononucleosis clinical analysis.Method of our department in 2000 May to 2005 April were treat ed infectious mononucleosis（IM）in 25 patients,the age of onset of 30 days-12,preschool and school-aged children to see（68%）.Outcome of pediatric patients had typical clinical symptoms： fever,angina,cervical lymph node and liver splenomegaly,skin rash,eyelid edema and peripheral blood in the emergence of a large number of heterotypic lymphocytes,including eyelid edema in 9 cases,the occurrence rate of 36%.Conclusion the eyelid dropsy is one of the important signs of IM.And there are signs of involvement of other systems,such as pneumo nia,urinary protein,myocardial damage and encephalitis,the prognosis is good.
