棘突间撑开系统治疗腰椎退变的概述

摘要 目前对于腰椎退变的治疗,脊柱融合术仍然被认为是手术治疗的金标准。但是1959年Boucher等做了第一例椎弓根螺钉腰椎关节固定治疗腰椎退变疾病至今,渐渐发现伴随着脊柱融合术的成功出现了一系列的问题[1]。Park等通过分析发现,腰椎融合后5.2%~100%的患者发生邻近节段退变。因为融合固定产生的异常应力集中在相邻节段的椎间盘及小关节上,使得邻近节段加速退变,使患者再次出现术前类似症状或者新的腰椎退变症状.
