黄附子中糖复合物的初步分析

PRIMARY STUDY ON COMPLEX ARBOHYDLRATES FROM ACONITUM CARMICHAELI DEBX.

生药中糖复合物研究是 2 1世纪生物科学的热点内容之一。本文首次报道了附子中糖复合物的研究结果。我们采用饱和硫酸铵沉淀、乙醇分级沉淀及 DEAB- C32层析方法 ,从黄附子中分离出三种组分 ,通过鉴定发现 :组分 主要为糖蛋白 ,组分 主要含酸性多糖 ,组分 可能是淀粉。此研究结果为全面深入地研究和开发附子提供了参考依据。

Three complex carbohydlrates were isolated from Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.by conventional methods,including distilled water extraction,ammounium sulfate precipitation,ethanol precipitation,and DEAE cellulose column chromatography.Their propertion were identified as glycoproteins,acidic polysaccharides and starches by a combined method of agarose electrophoresis and toluidime blue stain,iodostarch reaction.The above mentioned compounds were separated from the plant at first time.The results provides reference basis for further research and utilization of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.
