摘要
本文简述蟾蜍的化学成分 ,主要针对近 15年蟾蜍的抗肿瘤作用机制、蟾蜍及其制剂的抗肿瘤、癌症镇痛、放射增敏作用进行综述 ,为含蟾蜍的抗肿瘤新药的开发研究提供依据。
It' is suggested that the Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor and its preparations not only have remarkable antitumor and anodyne effect,but also have significant radiation enhanced sensitivity,which have a high promise to develop into a effective antitumor drug.Summarizing its chemical constituents,this review focuses on the recent advances in the antitumor mechanism,antitumor effect and analgesic action as well as the clinical applications of the traditional medicine “Chan Chu”.
