Breakthroughs in the Pattern of In-service Postgraduate Education for Tuition-free Normal University Students

在职读研学习是免费师范生教育的攻坚环节与关键链环,决定着"教育家"型教师培养目标的最终实现。免费师范生在职读研环节只有在培养模式上实现"六大突破",才能不辜负国家的政策期待。确立大教师教育观,引入实践吸附式教师教育新思维,促进先进教育理论的实践"着床",搭建优质教师教育联盟,倡导多元参与、灵活开放、优势联合的教师教育新机制,建构实践归依的质量监控体系,着力推进新教师职后培养体系在理念、思维、焦点、组织、机制和质量观上的综合创新,是部属师范大学义不容辞的选择。

In-service postgraduate training is the core and key link for tuition-free normal education,which fosters the growth of educators.In order to facilitate this growth,a number of major breakthroughs need to be made： clearly-defined guidelines for normal education,new thinking on practice-based teacher training,adoption of advanced theories,high-quality educational collaborations,flexible mechanisms,effective quality monitoring systems,and innovations in teacher training.
