摘要
专业学位教育的职业性特征源于学位的最初职能,培养应用型高层次专门人才的目标定位则是其职业性的综合体现,专业学位教育体系正日臻完善。全日制专业学位硕士研究生主要用于招收应届本科毕业生,这一群体缺乏职业实践经验,正处于探寻职业追求的过程中,在职业认同的形成上最感困扰。因此,整体构建全日制专业学位硕士研究生的职业认同,可尝试从开设职业生涯规划课程或讲座,加大自主职业实践的引导和鼓励,稳步推进专业学位与职业资格相衔接等三方面着手,实现由专业向职业的转换。
Professional degree education with specific objectives and corresponding training systems is improving daily.Nevertheless,full-time professional master's degree students are mostly college graduates without any previous professional experience and are generally confused about their future professional identity.Therefore,to help them develop an appropriate professional identity,efforts may be made to provide career planning courses and lectures,guidance and encouragement for independent professional work,and better transition between academic studies and professional qualifications.
