摘要
用胞外单位放电记录的方法 ,研究了猕猴在执行记忆引导的空间有序运动 (MSS)时 ,大脑皮层弓形沟距背侧F2及腹侧F4区的放电活动。对于以绿色为暗示信号的MSS G任务 ,在暗示期 ,F2 ( 78 2 % )比F4区( 41 5 % )有更多的细胞发生放电变化 ( χ2 =15 2 ,P <0 0 0 5 ) ;在图形期 ,F4( 6 7 9% )比F2区 ( 45 4% )有更多的细胞发生放电变化 ( χ2 =5 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;在触摸反应期 ,F4发生放电改变的细胞数 ( 75 5 % )显著地多于F2区 ( 2 7 3% )( χ2 =2 5 1,P <0 0 0 5 )。对于以红色为暗示信号的MSS R任务 ,在暗示期 ,F2发生放电改变的细胞数 ( 6 9 5 % )多于F4区 ( 44 6 % ) ( χ2 =7 2 ,P <0 0 1) ;在图形期 ,F4发生放电改变的细胞数 ( 6 6 1% )显著地多于F2区 ( 2 5 4% )( χ2 =19 2 ,P <0 0 0 5 ) ;在触摸反应期 ,F4( 6 7 8% )比F2区 ( 44 1% )有更多的细胞发生放电变化 ( χ2 =6 6 ,P <0 0 5 )。可见 ,无论是MSS G任务还是MSS R任务 ,F2区比F4区有更多细胞对MSS任务中的暗示信号发生放电变化 ,而F4区比F2区细胞更易在图形期和触摸反应期发生放电变化。结果提示 ,猕猴弓形沟距周围F2和F4区细胞均参与MSS任务 。
Single cell activities were recorded in the area F2 of dorsal premotor cortex (PMd) and area F4 of ventral premotor cortex (PMv) while a monkey was performing a memorized spatial motor task of sequence (MSS). For the task of MSS G, using green light as a cue during the cue period, 78 2% and 41 5% of the task related neurons exhibited changes in activities in the areas F2 and F4, respectively(χ 2=15 2, P <0 005), whereas there were more neurons exhibiting changes in activities in F4 than in F2 during the image and the touch periods. The differences were both statistically significant. Similar results were obtained for the task of MSS R using red light as a cue. Furthermore, there were more cells responding to the cue signal in F2 than in F4, while the situation was reversed during the image and touch periods. The present findings indicate that neurons in the PMd and PMv examined are differentially involved in the MSS task.
